The dry Mallee region of Victoria produces a diverse group of flowering eucalyptus trees. The Eucalyptus socialis, or ‘Red Mallee’ produces honey, golden in colour with a fantastic taste. The leaves, flowers and bark of this tree were used for indigenous medicine. Nutrients may also be found in honey. Chevra uses only the best sustainably sourced raw honey.
